This year, the mentorship division of UCLEFS will be fully committed to providing our mentees and EFS members with the guidance, training, and resources that help them reach their potential and secure the opportunities they desire in the financial services industry. Building on our success in previous years, we plan to organise more time for mentor-mentee communication and skill development sessions for later stages of the application process.
While we kick off this year's mentorship scheme, some of the upcoming division-wide events we have planned include an interview masterclass and a speaker panel of HR representatives from top investment banking, asset management and consulting firms. We strongly encourage mentees and members to take full advantage of what we will be offering this year and move closer to their career goals.

We arrange weekly calls where all mentees have the chance to ask questions and gain valuable insights from members of the mentorship team. During the calls, we also discuss common interview questions and bring alumni speakers to share their experiences

We have interacted with the mentees by setting up mentee group chats. We have shared first-year summer internship opportunities, mentoring opportunities, as well as general spring-week group chats where mentees can interact with students from other universities. We share any opportunities from our sponsors.
